رد الإيطالي كارلو أنشيلوتي مدرب ريال مدريد، عن الأنباء التي ترددت حول تواصل الاتحاد الإنجليزي لكرة القدم معه، لتدريب منتخب إنجلترا، قبل تعيين توماس توخيل.
وارتبط أنشيلوتي مؤخرًا بإمكانية مغادرة ريال مدريد مع وجود اهتمام في وقت سابق من منتخب البرازيل، والدوري السعودي.
إضافة إلى ذلك، ذكرت تقارير أن الاتحاد الإنجليزي تواصل مع أنشيلوتي لتدريب منتخب إنجلترا، لكنه استمر في منصبه مدربًا لريال مدريد.
وقال أنشيلوتي في مؤتمر صحفي اليوم الجمعة: “لا شيء مع الاتحاد الإنجليزي، لقد اختاروا مدربًا جيدًا جدًا وقويًا جدًا من الناحية التكتيكية، أتمنى له الأفضل”.

وتولى الألماني توخيل تدريب إنجلترا خلفًا لـ لي كارسلي المدرب المؤقت للمنتخب، والذي يدير الفريق بعد مغادرة جاريث ساوثجيت عقب خسارة الفريق في نهائي يورو 2024 أمام إسبانيا.
وسُئل أنشيلوتي عن أفضل ذكرى له مع ريال مدريد حيث يخوض غدًا المباراة رقم 200 في الدوري الإسباني كمدير فني.
ورد: “هناك الكثير من الأشياء الجيدة، وبعضها ليس جيدًا، لم أكن أعلم أن لدي 200 مباراة، الهدف هنا هو إضافة أكبر عدد ممكن من المباريات، الآن أتطلع للمباراة رقم 300”.

The BCCI has decided not to renew the contracts of 11 National Cricket Academy (NCA) coaches, four of them former India players, in the wake of the Covid-19 crisis, because of which there has been no activity at the academy in Bengaluru for the past few months and no plans for a restart in the foreseeable future. The BCCI president Sourav Ganguly said the board would advertise for the positions and the people not retained can also apply again.These coaches – former players Subroto Banerjee, Shiv Sunder Das, Hrishikesh Kanitkar, Ramesh Powar, Mansur Ali Khan and Sitanshu Kotak among them – were on one-year contracts for salaries ranging from INR 30 lakh to INR 50 lakh [$40,750 to $67,900 approx.]. They were informed by Rahul Dravid, the NCA boss, that they would not be needed after the deals end on September 30. The other members of the coaching staff to lose their jobs are Rajiv Dutta, Apurva Desai, Atul Gaikwad, Subhadeep Ghosh, and T Dilip.According to Ganguly, the board was simply following the rules laid out in the BCCI constitution. “Their (the coaches’) term has expired,” Ganguly told ESPNcricinfo. “As per constitution, new advertisement has to be given and they can apply again. That’s the rule.”*On their part the coaches remarked there was no clear reason conveyed to them.”It came as a shock, because there was no warning, when Rahul called me and said he had some bad news for me,” one of the coaches told ESPNcricinfo on condition of anonymity. “There is no cricket (because of Covid-19), so they probably don’t want to continue with us. The people who were on long-term contracts are still there, but we have been told to go.””It is unfortunate, but the contracts have not been renewed,” a senior BCCI functionary told ESPNcricinfo. “The idea was to engage them for a whole year, and not on a piecemeal basis, when the NCA got them to work when they were free. So they worked with the national teams – India women, India Under-19, India A, Women’s Under-19s, Women’s A team – and for our national camps, across age groups, for women and men, which are conducted at NCA throughout the year.”A lot of good work was going on, with these coaches and all the other people, in the educational wing, where (former India cricketer) Sujith Somasundar is in charge. I hope we consider re-employing them when work resumes at NCA again.”While Dravid was unavailable for comment, one of the coaches we spoke to explained how closely the former India captain had worked with the coaching staff to “try and take Indian cricket to the next level”.”Rahul had handpicked all of us (coaches), and it was done with a plan in place. We have made plans and programmes together, to try and take Indian cricket to the next level, become the best in the world for a long period,” one of the coaches said. “We have had meetings twice every week through the pandemic too. Work has been going on.”Maybe we will be taken back later, but there are no guarantees.”The coaches in question were hired around a year ago by the Supreme Court-appointed Committee of Administrators, who were in charge of helming the affairs of the BCCI till October last year, on Dravid’s recommendation, with an agreement to work 120 days during the course of the year.In the past, before Dravid took charge, the BCCI would appoint coaches on an ad-hoc basis, mostly as consultants. Former cricketers would be roped in for short stints to guide all age-groups. However, once Dravid was appointed as NCA’s director of cricket, he put out a roadmap part of which his vision to provide exposure and growth to Indian domestic coaches.Along with Saba Karim, Dravid shortlisted candidates they thought could serve in different positions. These coaches were then rotated at India A, women’s cricket and Under-19 levels in addition to their responsibilities at the NCA to help them gain the experience of being on the road and understanding the wider challenges of coaching.

Omari Forson's transfer value in 2024
The first player in question here is Omari Forson, who was given his debut by Ten Hag earlier this season against Wigan in the FA Cup third round, becoming the 249th academy graduate to play for the club.
The 19-year-old has made six appearances so far this season for the Red Devils, an equal split of three games in the Premier League and three games in the FA Cup, most recently in the semi-final. He has one assist to his name, away to Wolves, when he set up Mainoo for a sublime winning goal.
Forson’s only start came at the end of February when he was handed a surprise full debut against Fulham at Old Trafford in the Premier League. Ahead of the game, Ten Hag explained Forson “deserves the position”.
Forson is valued at just £4.2m, the same as several players in United’s first-team squad, including FA Cup quarter-final hero Amad Diallo, as per Football Observatory. The England under-20 international seems set to leave Old Trafford this summer. As per the Manchester Evening News, United want to keep him at the club, but 'talks stalled and he could leave' once his contract expires.
The Red Devils may regret failing to tie him down to a new deal, given his obvious quality and potential to make it as a top-level footballer, and the likely increase in value should he stay at the club this summer.
Shola Shoretire's transfer value in 2024
The other youngster who could be on the way out of Manchester United this summer is 20-year-old attacking midfielder Shola Shoretire.
He made history on his European debut for United, becoming the youngest player to feature for the club in a continental competition, age 17 years and 23 days old. He was described as an “enormous talent” by journalist Rich Fay just two weeks before, when signing his first professional deal.
However, Shoretire’s career at United has failed to take off from there, and his contract is also set to be up this summer. Whilst the club are hopeful he stays, Manchester Evening News journalist Steven Railston says a “departure looks increasingly likely” this summer.
In total, the Newcastle-born starlet has made five first-team appearances for United, although none since the 2021/22 season. He also had a brief loan spell at League 1 Bolton last season, where he made 16 appearances, scoring once and registering two assists.
As for the current campaign, the promising gem has again dazzled in the youth ranks in Manchester with nine goals and four assists in 12 games in all competitions.
Like Forson and Amad – who once cost the club a reported £37m – Shoretire is also valued at just £4.2m, although that could well rise should United agree a new deal with him. It may well be the case that, if he does extend his stay at United, Shoretire will go out on loan again for another season, rather than playing academy football, which it rather feels like he has outgrown.
Whatever the case, there is little doubt both Forson and Shoretire have excellent potential, and a while move away from United may help them to become established first-team players to kickstart their exciting careers, it could come back to bite those at Old Trafford.

Suddenly, Howe could have two solid new options alongside the likes of Fabian Schar and Sven Botman next season in moves that could help bridge the gap to the Premier League's top four. It's not just defenders for the here and now that the Magpies could land, however.

According to Miguel Delaney of The Independent, via Caught Offside, Newcastle are eyeing a move to sign Josh Acheampong from Chelsea this summer ahead of Tottenham Hotspur. The young right-back could be among those who leave Stamford Bridge in a bid to help the Blues avoid any Financial Fair Play sanctions, with Newcastle the side potentially left benefitting.
It wouldn't be the first time that Newcastle have done business with Chelsea for a full-back either, having signed Lewis Hall on from the Blues last summer, which is on course to become permanent at the end of the season. Where Hall has struggled, however, Acheampong will be looking to thrive if he decides to leave Stamford Bridge for St James' Park this summer.
Acheampong may become Trippier successor
It's worth noting that Kieran Trippier, at 33 years old, isn't getting any younger and Newcastle need to start thinking about a replacement. And that's where Acheampong could come in. Still just a teenager and making his way in first-team football, the young right-back could complete a move to St James' Park this summer, before learning from and eventually taking the role of Trippier.
Fending off interest from Tottenham won't be easy, but Newcastle may hope that Chelsea's potential reluctance to sell a young player to a London rival will play a key part in Acheampong's next destination, should he leave this summer.
The likes of Anthony Gordon and Tino Livramento have thrived under Howe and the young right-back could go on to do the exact same next season. Having made just one Premier League appearance for Chelsea this season, game time and senior minutes could be the key to whatever decision Acheampong makes in the coming months of the transfer window.

واستأنف: “وعندما كان محمد صلاح لاعبًا في المقاولون العرب طلبت من أحد أفضل الوكلاء في العالم وهو وكيل لوكاكو وكورتوا أن يشاهد صلاح وهذا الوكيل هو من سفرني خارج مصر والوكيل أبلغني بمتابعة صلاح وأعتقد أنه ندم أنه لم يوقع مع محمد صلاح”.
وأتم: “وأرسلت للوكيل نفسه منذ عام ونصف العام لكي يتابع عمر مرموش وأبلغته أنه سيكون من أفضل لاعبي العالم، وقال لي سيتابعه واعتقد أنه ندم انه لم يوقع معه أيضًا، وعمر مرموش نموذج للاعب الكرة الذي يستطيع أن يصنع نفسه بنفسه”.
